When I first heard that Berlou, the tiny village nestled in the valley below where I spent many “wild” summers as a child, had become a dining destination, I had to see it.  In his contemporary restaurant in a pastoral setting at the edge of the diminutive place du village, Frederic Revilla delivers a personal cuisine and intriguing rustic combinations of flavors inspired by local seasonal produce. Place du Pont. 34360 Berlou. (0) 467 24 16 99
