Saveur Languedoc Ateliers de Cuisine: the 5-day program combines the best of this region has to
offer. The program is designed as an insider’s guide and includes four hands-on cooking classes, as well as
tastings of the traditional charcuterie, cheeses, olive oil and more, and, of course, visits to wineries.
You will also enjoy dining out in local bistros and fine establishments, and meet winemakers, in between
sightseeing and shopping.

Languedoc meets Argentina: Please note that the June 10 to June 13 and June 20 to June 26 Ateliers
de Cuisine will be co-hosted with Donna Gelb, a New York food writer and recipe developer. Donna translated and
adapted the recipes for the widely praised Seven Fires: Grilling the Argentine Way, by Francis Mallmann
(Artisan, 2009). The cooking classes will focus on grilling over wood fire including vielles souches (old vines).
In addition to meat, poultry and fish, we will prepare scrumptious side dishes and desserts - all ideal for warm
weather entertaining.
Those of you renting or owning vacation homes in the region, or simply visiting for just a few days, are welcome
