Join me on a culinary journey to this little known corner of southern France,
where I promise you a variety of authentic experiences you'll always remember.
As a native Languedocienne, I will lead you through this singular historic region
rich in tradition, art, architecture and culture. You’ll meet some remarkable
personalities and spirited characters, from local chefs and winemakers to organic farmers,
artists and artisans, all of whom are passionate about their craft and their land.
Through hands-on cooking classes, exclusive winery tours and tastings, visits markets
and out-of-the-way shops in ancient towns and villages and, of course, memorable meals,
you’ll find a fascinating region that is both engaging and endearing, and get an insight
into the daily life of its people.
Saveur Languedoc is also a meeting place for “all things Languedoc".
